Al Jazirat Al Hamra

Meaning “The Red Island” was originally a tidal island and it was home to 200 people by 1830. The residents were said to be pearl fishermen and the town is located in the city Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.

Al Jazirat Al Hamra

When once it was used to be a busy town and was ruled by Zaab Tribe, now it has an eeriness to it with abandoned houses and buildings.

The Zaab tribe had a dispute with the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah which could be one of the reasons why the whole town left.

The reasons are quite many and people are unsure to this day.

The only truth that remains is the town with certain things that are left behind. You may find rusted lanterns, cushions, etc.

Al Qasimi Palace

Al Qasimi Palace

I had been always addicted to ghost stories and mostly it contains ghosts on palaces.

Now I think ghosts are materialistic who want to have a luxurious life of their own scaring every living form on their way.

Al Qasimi Palace

One such palace is the Al Qasimi in Ras Al Khaimah which of course is magnificent and gorgeous. Built some 20 years ago, it is nothing but an empty palace with the chandeliers and the paintings with dust. The broken furniture around and the footprints around gives the idea of how many explorers might have come to see this palace.

The last resident that lived in the palace experienced strange occurrences like furniture being thrown etc.

To this day, locals around the area claim to have seen children peeping out of the broken windows and calling out to people or maybe you could hear furniture moving inside if you are lucky.

Al Khail Gate

The building No 33 is in Al Khail Gate has a story too. The building remains empty for months for several reasons. Most claim that there is some paranormal activity going around that building. McDonald had their outlet there and have said to have experienced weird things.

Losing their stuff and getting it later in a different place. But the supervisor says that its all the maintenance issue on the building which is why it is closed temporarily.

The House of the Devil: Jumeirah

The building No.4 in Jumeirah is something to be scared of. Even though you may find ghost haunting not to be true but the look of the place is enough to drive you out.

The House of the Devil: Jumeirah

The place feels negative and intimidating as if someone is staring at you. The people who lived there in the past have shared their ghostly mishappenings. One woman saw a figure on the curtains that approached her almost choking her out and leaving suddenly. She moved out as soon as possible.

People say the place has a strong force around that any animal or human being passing by the vicinity may get possessed.
