Pisang Goreng

It is found in many parts of South East Asia which is a snack which is basically a fried banana or plantain.

The banana quoted with a batter. And is made up of blending of wheat and rice flour and tapioca or bread crumbs with some additional ingredients if wanting to modify.

Really very crunchy and soft! Good snack for breakfast or afternoon.
Mie Goreng

Really an amazing snack and tummy-filling too. Yellow noodles that are fried with garlic, shallots or onions and vegetables with meat is a must try dish!

Any meat could be used- Prawns, Chicken, Beef, etc.

It is very spicy.
Nasi Goreng

Also listed as “World’s 50 most delicious food”. It is a healthy meal with fried rice, meat, and vegetables which are seasoned with soy sauce.

You can also find a different version of it. Dried salted fish is used.
Sate

Also referred to Satay, Satai, Satti and is a famous dish in South- East Asia.
It originated from the Indonesian island of Java and is also listed as “World’s 50 most delicious food.”

Sate is the skewered and grilled meats with various sauces, mainly quoted with peanut sauce. It is also similar to the Yakitori from Japan, Shish Kebab from Turkey but it got inspired by the Indian Kebabs.

Babi Guling
Babu Guling is a famous dish in Bali. It means the suckling of a pig which is stuffed with spices, herbs, and garlic and is roasted.

It is a collection of side dishes on a plate with steamed rice. Some meat, eggs, fried shrimp, and peanuts.

Gado Gado

It is a southeast Asian dish with various vegetables and coconut with herbs and spices. A bit tangy, sweet and crunchy!
