Here are some traditional and known dishes of Thailand:-
Tom Yum soup
The originality of Thailand and is so popular around the world. Tom Yum or Tom Yam is very hot and sour in taste. TOD MAN KHAO POD

Kai Med Ma Muang

Origin is Thailand and Laos. The only difference that makes is the use of Dill Weed which is used by Lao but not in Thai style. It is a simple soup which has many versions. The most used version is meat Coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, mushrooms.
It is a green papaya salad that originated from Laos. The basic element is the Unripe Papaya. A simple salad made with the help of punding side ingredients like sour lime, hot chili, fish sauce and palm sugar in the mortar to form this amazing Salad. It is so refreshing, and sour, and tangy in taste.
